Makeup Services Booking Policy:
For all makeup services outside of weddings—including studio glam, photoshoots, special occasions, and on-location appointments—a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is due the day before your appointment.
Rescheduling & Cancellations:
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel without penalty.
Failure to provide notice will result in the remaining balance being due. If unpaid, this amount will be added to the deposit required to book any future appointments.
Bridal Booking Policy:
To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. This retainer reserves your date and is applied toward your final balance.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding date. If payment is not received by this deadline, Glam by Addie reserves the right to cancel all scheduled services.
Cancellations & Add-Ons:
Cancellations for individual bridal party members require a minimum of 30 days’ notice to avoid being charged the remaining balance for their service.
Add-on services requested within 30 days of the wedding will be subject to a 20% price increase and must be paid in full prior to receiving service.

An invoice and service contract will be sent via email for review and signature once your booking is confirmed.
